We live very close to our local Rec center and last weekend we went on a camp out they hosted in the park. We got to pitch a real tent, go on a hike, and roast marshmallows....best part was knowing I could go home at any point <>. I didn't ...and it even rained on us in the middle of the night...no leaks....Thanks to John our expert tent builder!.....maybe we are ready to give real camping a try next...maybe...just maybe

These two things we saw right a way....a "wolf print" and a dead snake...They did not go over well with sensitive Jack...he was none too happy about the rest of the hike!
Liam fell asleep half way back...it was a long hike back ;(
