***OVERLY DRAMATIC SIGH**** I bought a card at Target for Jack's Birthday...it was one of the ones with the number 5 on it.....I must have stared at it for at least a couple of minutes before I hesitantly put it in my cart. I just felt these overwhelming feelings rush at the same time of Pride,Joy, Sadness, and disbelief that my little baby is 5 years old already. 5 years of the best years of my life....5 of the funniest years of my life....and 5 of the scariest years of my life.
Jack is the complete package and I am completely honored that he calls me Mommy.
John couldn't be prouder of that wacky little brain of his...
So enough sappiness....we have 5 years of Birthdays to get to....
I live for Birthdays, I think it should always be big and NEVER understated.
So Naturally.. I always make Jack's friend parties on a day that is not his actual birthday, that way we get 2 celebrations...1 for family (and me to have him to myself) and 1 for traditional Friend/party fun!

My first thought when I woke up this morning was how quick five years went by. I remember ditching school to go wait at the hospital, then going to get food at the mall with Rima and buying you goodies there, and then going back just in time to meet my nephew and do his footprints... Think John has forgiven me by now? Thank you for giving me such awesome nephews, I couldn't imagine my life without them!
Yay!! Happy 5th Birthday Jack!! Time does fly...I can seriously remember the day you had him like it was yesterday!!

Happy 5th Birthday, Jack! He is such a fun guy to talk and play with. We look forward to watching him grow and learn.
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON LEE LOYA! My heart breaks because I can't be there for the big 5! But we will celebrate when I come in November! I agree with Erin I coulnd't imagine life without them!
How my little "sweet tato" has grown. From him calling himself my "favorite grandson" to asking me if I ever get lovesick for Grampa, he is endlessly fun to be with. Happy 5th!
