Jack Loves trains....He has since he was 10 months old when he learned to walk by driving a little train around the couches and house (see below)
If you know Jack and he has been to your house...he will find the one train you own to play with... no train?.... he might even turn so random object into one. His passion for trains runs deep...he doesn't just like to play trains he likes everything about them and could watch them/play with/ talk about them for hours....to this day if you ask him what he wants to be when he grows up it will always be "Train engineer of a Amtrak"
We took him to the train show this past weekend and watching him at the show was just the cutest thing...His whole body is just so filled with excitement he can't even control his limbs. The only thing I worry about is the grown men at the train show are just a mere step above carnies and about equal with Trekkie's. Oddly, they don't like kids or women....I know this because I have tried many times to engage them..of course I guess never being with a women makes you nervous.... (oh please Jack don't spend your life on the toy train circuit!) Anyways..we had a great time and stayed for a LONG time...but seeing it through Jack's eyes makes it worth it!

Holy crap that is one big train show!! Judging from the men I see in the pictures Jack is way to cute to spend his life in the toy train circuit!! :)

You could come up and take the train to the Boardwalk for some high fashion good times! Come up, pretty please???? Sadly Happy Hollow will be closing in a few days for a complete refurbishment, not to be open again until fall of 2009. Guess they'll be updating Danny the Dragon train...maybe get rid of the demonic pigs...lol. But seriously, you guys need to come up! The kids would also love Discovery Kingdom...formerly Marine World, I'm sure:)

But on sad news...what the hell???? We can't let them update our haven of 1970's craptastically good Happy Holow!!! wE MUST START A PROTEST....I swear if they so much as lay a hand on Danny the Dragon... war will be the last words they hear...WAR!!!
